Nike Women's Weekend

Now that I'm over my post-nike-account-depression, I can fully talk (or write, rather) about my experience with Nike and more precisely the Nike Women's Weekend!

As so many of you know, the Nike Women's 15 km Run took place on June 14th on Toronto Island. I just want to take a moment to congratulate all the runners! The weather wasn't exactly in our favour, but hey... half the race is making it to the start line!

Leading up to that event, Nike built an entire village at Harbourfront Center as well as a Crystal Coliseum floating atop Lake Ontario that held more than 30 classes all weekend long. Honestly, nobody does it like Nike when it comes to the VIP experience. Upon walking into the Coliseum, we were greeted by staff and told to head to the locker room. Personalized lockers provided housing for water bottles, tester shoes, a catalogue and some more gifts curtsy of Nike. We were then led into the workout space overlooking the water. Early mornings have never been so worth it! I never regretted waking up at 4 am to go work out with the Nike+ Training Club and I'm so thankful for my experience!

I want to thank Nike for the 2 month long experience, it was such a pleasure working with everyone!

Until next time,
