I've wanted to go here since I moved to Toronto and obviously listening to Drake has led me to believe Chef Susur Lee is the chef to be. He has two restaurants that I know of: Lee and Bent, but the menu of the former had more options, so we decided to go there.
The patio lights are red, so I don't know that it produced the best pictures, but the quality of food was out of this world. It takes a creative mind to think of such out of whack, delicious pairings. The verdict? It totally works and is worth every penny.
Here's what we ordered: Lemon & Ricotta Salad, Susur's Signature Singaporean-style Slaw with Salmon Sashimi, Watermelon & Feta Olive Salad, Vietnamese Style Cold Pressed Octopus, Pulled Beef Taco, Assam Thai Satay... and I OBVIOUSLY had to have the Warm Molten Chocolate Cake.
